For every tomorrow

Developing non-invasive therapies for Glioblastoma

An interview on GlobalData Healthcare with Annabel Kartel-Allen.

Richard talks GBM, Sonodynamic Therapy and CureGBM's proposed trials

Richard (with his sister Jane) founded CureGBM after losing their dad to glioblastoma in 2021 – about two months after his diagnosis.

Richard relaxed

"GBM treatment isn't good enough, and that's not fair."

Richard sat down with Annabel Kartal-Allen from GlobalData Healthcare podcast to discuss GBM, SDT, and trials…

His vision is one day:

SDT could be an outpatient treatment, delivered alongside routine scans – and made accessible to all who might need it.

Healthcare centres around the world could offer this to patients on the day a brain tumour is first diagnosed.

Simply put GBM treatment hasn’t changed in about 20 years. SDT challenges the status-quo of brain tumour treatment, potentially bringing a new pathway of hope for patients and families. Cure GBM’s planned trials could usher in a new treatment method.

Thank you to Annabel Kartal-Allen from GlobalData Healthcare for the interview and offering this platform to CureGBM.
